Marie M. Rivera-Diaz

Marie Garcia attended Texas State University and received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Justice. She also graduated with honors, receiving Summa Cum Laude. After earning her undergrad degree, Marie went on to study law at South Texas College of Law, and earned her J.D. degree in 2016. While at law school, Marie was honored to be on the Dean's List, and received the Family Law Award.

While studying to pass the Texas State Bar, Marie worked as a Law Clerk at Boudreaux Hunter & Associates, LLC. Now she works as a full time Associate Attorney at the firm, advocating on behalf of families in Houston. Marie is a member of the Mexican American Bar Association, Hispanic Bar Association, Association of Woman Attorney's, and the Family Law Section of the Houston Bar Association.
