I hired her she told me to meet her in mall write down everything I told her 4 months later still not responding

I paid her in April 2020 .. much to my surprise she up and stopped responding to me a few months after that. To this day the annulment I paid her for at that time is still pending. I had to file on my own since she didn't do what I hired her for. I have made several attempts to contact her and she has even hung up on me when I have been able to reach her.
