Attorney Biography
Backed by years of experience, Attorney Lana P. Beverly focuses the majority of her practice handling business disputes, including cases that involve breach of contract, construction, breach of fiduciary duty, and employment law. Over the years, she has also handled cases related to catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, and professional liability.
Before joining the legal team at Lyons & Simmons, LLP, Attorney Beverly attended the University of North Carolina where she completed her undergraduate studies. Not too long after, she enrolled at the University of North Carolina School of Law where she achieved her Juris Doctorate. Currently, she holds memberships in the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, and others.
