Kristy Brown

I was informed that an attorney at The Law Office of Kristy Brown instructed their client to request a welfare check on our home (which was done based on false information). I informed the law office of this and they asked that I not contact them again. I'm putting this out here bc I'm tired of being harassed by their client and because an ethical attorney should never advise someone to abuse government agencies!

She failed to raise defenses at law and factual disputes where I was the victim and charged with an assault. Self-defense is an affirmative defense. She says she resets your court date (2 months at a time), but fails to submit the paperwork. She tells you you DO NOT have court, but actually do. She tried to get me NOT to show up at Court when I had Court, which would have resulted on forfeiture of bond, and $10,000 bond, FTA, and swat team arrest going back to jail due to her trickery. This is a vicious trap by a deep state fraudulent attorney who leaves you defenseless to prosecutorial abuses, such as a trumped up charge in my case. They present a plea bargain with a threat to add charges or take away bond, while hampering defenses, convicting the innocent or else the victims of an altercation. She is a terrorist providing worthless services fraud so woefully inadequate, substandard, and incompetent it is not worthy of being paid by tax dollars as a public defender. Shame on her.
