Attorney Biography
Licensed in 2006, Kevin has focused his legal practice on personal injury law. But, Kevin has experience in many fields of law including, but not limited to, personal injury, criminal, health care, administrative, maritime, bankruptcy, Samoan titles, property, civil rights, class actions, worker’s compensation, human resources, procurement, and contract and lease laws. He has worked as a litigator for plaintiffs and defendants, as a judicial clerk, and has represented corporations and governmental bodies. Kevin has the knowledge needed to advocate for his clients and is dedicated to fighting for the justice they deserve.
He enjoys running ultra-marathons, hunting, fishing, riding mountain and road bikes, and doing anything with his family and friends outdoors. Kevin is a co-founder of Lonestar Running Project, a charity for juvenile offenders and youth of the community.
Kevin graduated with honors from Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in legal studies. During his time at Schreiner, Kevin was involved in many student organizations and was a midfielder on the soccer team. Kevin went on to graduate with his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2006, where he again was involved in many extracurricular activities and student organizations. Kevin's diverse interests and diverse legal experience combined with his competitive spirit serve him well inside the courtroom but also help him understand each case from all perspectives. This allows him to discover ways to reach a settlement in the best interests of his clients, where possible.
