Client, a respected middle school teacher and coach, was arrested and charged with molestation of his teenaged stepdaughter's girlfriend who was spending the night. The State aggressively prosecuted this case with multiple witnesses bolstering their characterization of the evidence against our client. Mr. Hernández exposed multiple lies and inconsistencies in the testimony of the State's witnesses with his aggressive and thorough cross-examinations. During closing arguments, Mr. Hernández gave a highly passionate and persuasive argument highlighting all of the untruths and inconsistencies that came out in the trial. The jury agreed and rendered a Not Guilty verdict in less than an hour of deliberation.

Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon-Firearm
Client, in a drunken stupor at his home, allegedly opened fire and emptied out all 15 rounds of his 40 caliber Glock allegedly at his ex-wife and daughter. After a one and a half hour stand-off with Comal County Swat officers, client surrendered. At trial, ex-wife and several uniformed police officers and detectives were discredited by Mr. Hernández's relentless cross-examination.

Client allegedly slammed ex-girlfriend's head against the wall outside of her apartment while holding their 2-year-old son. At trial, the arresting SAPD officer was discredited for his poor investigation of the allegation. Complainants motivation to lie was also exposed after an effective cross examination.

Client returning home from a KISS concert is pulled over by SAPD officer for speeding and weaving on I-10. Client fails all Field sobriety tests and is arrested for DWI. At trial, Officer was discredited by Mr. Hernández's thorough cross-examination of the officers lack of knowledge and procedures utilized in the officers investigation.

Client, a Guiness World Record holding Stunt Motorcyclist, was arrested and charged with beating a man at a Monster Truck Show in the pit area of the Alamo Dome. The State had five witnesses (5) testify that Client had jumped out of his truck and for no reason, started assaulting complainant, breaking his nose. Mr. Hernández's clear grasp of the legal issues won every contested issue presented in the case against his Client. Mr. Hernández's tenacious cross-examination and passionate arguments won the day with the jurors who deliberated very quickly with a 20-minute Not Guilty Verdict.
