Case Results of Juan Carlos Hernandez

Client, a respected middle school teacher and coach, was arrested and charged with molestation of his teenaged stepdaughter's girlfriend who was spending the night. Client, a Guiness World Record holding Stunt Motorcyclist, was arrested and charged with beating a man at a Monster Truck Show in the pit area of the Alamo Dome. The State had five witnesses (5) testify that Client had jumped out of his truck and for no reason, started assaulting complainant, breaking his nose.
