Attorney Biography
Jonathan "Jack" Walters was born in Yuma, Arizona. He graduated from Yuma High School, Home of the Criminals, and attended Arizona State University. He moved to Fort Worth, Texas to attend Texas A&M School of Law and graduated in 2016. Jack is licensed to practice law in all Texas State courts and in the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts. Jack was formerly an associate attorney at the Joeckel Law Office where he handled personal injury cases on behalf of injured individuals and wrongful termination cases on behalf of terminated employees.
Jack enjoys golfing and watching sports in his downtime. He is an avid Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Diamondbacks fan. Jack has two dogs, Josie and Aggie, who are both quite the handful.
During Jack’s legal career he has received numerous awards, including: 2019 American Institute of Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, 2019 American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys 10 Best Attorneys-Texas, 2019 and 2020 Fort Worth Magazine Top Attorney, 2019 and 2020 360 West Magazine Personal Injury Under 5 years of practice Top Attorney; 2020 76107 Magazine Top Attorney Award, and named to the 2021 and 2022 Super Lawyers Rising Star list.

Jack enjoys serving his community through the organizations he is involved in. He is the current co-chair of the Tarrant County Bar Association Solo and Small Firms Section. He is also involved in: Tarrant County Young Lawyers, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Fort Worth/Tarrant County A&M Club.
