With over 35 years of experience as a civil trial and personal injury trial lawyer, I have spent my legal career protecting the rights of those who have been injured by the negligence and wrongdoing of others. I have successfully resolved by jury trial or settlement many complex cases in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, trucking accidents, serious automobile and motorcycle accidents, oilfield injury and death, product liability, premises liability, commercial litigation, traumatic brain injury, dangerous drugs, dangerous medical devices, industrial accidents, spinal cord injury and paralysis, and medical negligence, among others.
I am Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Certification. I am also board certified as a Civil Pretrial Practice Advocate and Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification. I am also honored to be board certified in Medical Professional Liability by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.
