I have been in practice specializing in medical malpractice cases, FTCA claims, aviation cases and general personal injury and wrongful death cases. I have been practing law for over 47 years ( 25 years as a solo practioner) I am Board Certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and Board Certified in Civil Tial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. I am also an Associate with the American Board of Trial Advocacy. I have tried or settled over 600 cases/claims.
