Attorney Biography
Jared Perkins was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. He graduated from Foy H. Moody High School and earned his bachelor's degree in finance, graduating Cum Laude from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Jared obtained his law degree from St. Mary’s University, where he also studied abroad at the University of Innsbruck in Austria. During law school, he excelled in the St. Mary’s External Mock Trial Advocacy Program, securing multiple awards, including Most Professional at the William Daniel National Invitational Mock Trial Competition in Atlanta, Georgia, and Champion of the Larry G. Hyden Mock Trial Competition at St. Mary’s University.
After law school, Jared began his legal career working with his father, Eric Perkins, as an associate attorney. In December 2019, they established Perkins & Perkins, Trial Lawyers, based in Corpus Christi. The firm specializes in representing clients in personal injury, wrongful death, and criminal defense cases.
Jared strongly believes everyone is entitled to justice and aggressively advocates for his clients. He has handled a wide range of cases, from multi-million dollar wrongful death claims to capital murder trials. His relentless commitment has resulted in numerous successful jury verdicts and favorable settlements, consistently securing substantial compensation and freedom for his clients.
