Attorney Biography
Holly Davis graduated from Baylor University School of Law. During her time at Baylor, Holly was a member of the Order of Barristers, a Top Ten Speaker in the Strasburger & Price Moot Court Competition, and an Attorney Finalist/Second Place Winner in the Bob and Karen Wortham Spring Practice Court Competition.
Holly received her undergraduate degree from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas where she double-majored in Communication and Political Science. While there, she was awarded the Mundy Fellowship Grant and co-created and hosted The Colors of Rhetoric Conference on rhetorical theory research.
Prior to joining Zinda, Holly was an Assistant Attorney General in the Open Records Division of the Office of the Attorney General where she issued rulings under the Public Information Act, and was a Speaker at the 2006 Open Records Conference.
Holly’s passion for advocacy and strong communication skills allow her to fully understand and meet the needs of her clients. Her public speaking experience has given her the ability to represent clients effectively and ethically in every phase of the legal process. Holly’s areas of practice include Family Law, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices, Wrongful Deaths, and Personal Injury Law.
