Mr Yale assisted my grandparents in their trust planning. 3 1/2 years later and my attorneys are still struggling to untangle the mess. When we ask for assistance from Mr Yale, little assistance is given. These people were the planners of the trust, I shouldn't even have to hire legal assistance for the distribution of the trust, nor should we be going on year 4 for a trust that's not even that large. If things begin to proceed with my case and/or Mr Yale starts taking initiative to get my family situation sorted out I'll update my review. I wouldn't recommend this process to anyone. He should have had things sealed up and ready to go with my grandparents so that this never happened. Mr Yale is failing my late grandparents that entrusted him, and he's especially failing the rest of our family right now with his lack of concern or focus on our long-waited disbursement. It shouldn't take 4 years for you to complete the probate process with a client that was yours from the start.
