Paid Bloom $1,500. To start case. He never did one thing. Unable to contact by phone or with registered letters. Have tried to contact for 2 years. Home title company could not locate him either. Had to hire another attorney to clear lien on home he placed against my ex husband. He is not professional in the least and in my opinion lazy. He was hired for my divorce and did as little as possible. He is NOT an honest business person.
