Enacio B Barretto

Mr Barretto did a poor job representing my son in a divorce and custody case. Case opened in August 2021, and is not settled as of 2025. He offered no solutions to move things along with the court when spouse dropped their attorney. He was slow in returning calls, filing motions. After being promptly paid, as requested,he was supposedly unavailable and suggested waiting for his return or paying another attorney. He provided no alternative attorney to manage his case load. After, waiting years for the person I trusted with my case, he notified me that my divorce and temporary custody would be dismissed in days because it was outstanding. He ONLY notified me after I found another attorney. I am forced to start all over again. My wife has left the state with my child, without my knowledge. I have no idea where they are. Mr. Barretto you were a great disappointment. You took your fee and did not deliver and never offered any type of refund for your poor performance. Signed...A Dissappointed and Worried Father
