David Lee McNeal Jr

Attorney David McNeal attended Tulane University Law School in New Orleans – a law school that is renowned for its maritime law program. In addition to earning his Juris Doctor at Tulane, David McNeal was a member of the Juvenile Law Clinic, earned a Maritime Law Certificate of Specialization, and received Trial Advocacy honors, a tribute awarded to only the top ten percent of the class. He is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York, and he has Offshore Supply Vessel (OSV) and Ultra Deepwater drilling rig work experience in the Gulf of Mexico. David McNeal is also the Vice Chair of the Admiralty and Maritime Law Committee in the Tort, Trial, and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association.
