Over his nearly 10 year career, David L. Curry has represented clients of all sizes in a variety of commercial litigation cases, bankruptcy and restructuring matters and commercial transactions. His legal expertise and creative problem solving have helped many clients resolve complex legal issues.
David attended Tulane University School of Law where he distinguished himself by working as the senior managing editor for the Environmental Law Journal and was involved in conference planning for the Environmental Law Society. David graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2008.
David began his legal career working for two AmLaw 200 law firms where he gained a diverse background of legal skills in both trial and bankruptcy practices. Through first-hand experience, including first chairing jury trials and bench trials, appeals, numerous court appearances, and extensive discovery management, David honed the litigation skills his clients have come to rely on him for.
In March 2015, David joined Matthew Okin and Chris Adams at Okin Adams where he approaches each representation with an entrepreneurial spirit and looks for creative ways to solve legal issues while preserving business, financial, and personal interests. This business-minded approach goes beyond resolving the specific legal issues at hand, working to collaborate with clients in looking for opportunities to improve and maximize prospects for their businesses.
