Attorney Biography
Chrys Jones joined Brandy Austin Law Firm, PLLC in May 2015 after having her own solo practice for several years. She specializes in Elder Law, including Medicaid and Veteran’s Aid & Attendance benefits, Special Needs Trusts, Estate Planning, Guardianships, and Probate.
Chrys earned a Bachelor of Business Administration concentrated in Economics and Management from The University of Texas at Arlington, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2003. She then attended Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law).
Chrys has practiced in the areas of Oil & Gas Law, Real Estate Law, Family Law, and Personal Injury Law. However, she found Elder Law was the area she preferred above all.
Chrys participates in COAP (Children of Aging Parents) and volunteers in the Homebound Ministry and the Children’s Ministry of her church.
