Catherine Borum

Cathy Borum is a liar, thief & greedy. She only does it for the money which she will charge you any little thing to run your bill up and do absolutely NOTHING in your case. She does everything for the opposing counsel and it is like she is representing the opposing counsel instead of you as a paying client. Her staff as well as Mrs. Borum are all incompetent and lazy and will drop every ball possible in your case. At the end I hired another attorney to take my case on only to find out from the new attorney my case was DISMISSED and Cathy was still emailing 10 day final notices from the opposing counsel oh and emailing the notice 7 days INTO the 10 day deadline. Her legal assistant served papers to the wrong house/address and person even after I gave all the correct information to serve the right house and individual. She will never show up to court on time or ready and when she does stroll in she walks the halls with other attorneys/court representatives talking about her personal life and problems. Please do not get legally scammed out of thousands of dollars like I did and anyone else whom got taken advantage by this lawyer & her law firm please be aware you can report her to the bar association which I am in the process of doing.

Catherine (Cat) Borum is by far the worst attorney I have ever had the displeasure of associating with. I hired her to help with my divorce and she was completely uninterested or uninvolved. Catherine (Cat) Borum will double bill you by requesting the same documents over and over and then show up without those documents to hearings and meetings. Cat will not return phone calls and will miss multiple meetings with nothing but excuses. I had multiple requests that were non negotiable and more than reasonable to which Cat lied and promised to respect. She would then leave me hanging and ignore my requests completely. When I would ask why she caved she would make up lies about her office staff missing the assignment. If you need Cat to protect your assets and your property she WILL NOT be a loyal representation. Cat does this for the money only. Cat will cave in to EVERY SINGLE request opposing counsel offers without any fight or vigor. She is completely submissive to opposing counsel and you will end up without any fairness or support. On top of that Cat continually missed deadlines for dates we agreed to and was always quick for a BS excuse. Every single thing I have stated I have proof with emails/texts and documents. If you are stupid enough to hire Cat Borum you better document/organize/review/record and audit every single thing she does or else you will regret it. Cat Borum cannot be trusted for even simple tasks. Cat Borum cannot be trusted to follow up. Cat Borum cannot be trusted to honor her word. Cat Borum cannot be trusted to bill you honestly. Cat Borum will leave you worse off than when you started and much more broke. Cat Borum will make you pay her and your ex more than you should or expect. Cat Borum is a corrupt and lazy attorney!!!! Cat Borum is a weak and lazy attorney who should be checking out groceries and has no right practicing law.
