Attorney Biography
Alyse Ferguson has experience in a wide range of setting, including serving as a police officer for the state of Texas and a probation officer for the Collin County SCORE program, Colin County Restitution Center, and the Tom Green County CHAPS Program. She is a firm believer in second chances, and she has experience working individuals with criminal pasts who are working to make changes in their lives.
Her experience also includes work in the mental health care field, including working with suicide prevention and helping communicate with patients working toward mental health commitments. She has worked as a residential supervisor of MHMR and as program director for Home and Community Services, giving her a range of experience in handling difficult situations. When she turned her career toward law, she earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 2005.
Alyse brings a unique perspective to criminal defense, and she fiercely fights for her clients rights. She particularly takes on challenging cases to give her clients a chance to improve their futures in light of their difficult situations. Outside of the office, Alyse volunteers with Blue Star Mother of America, an organization that works to provide care packages to troops deployed overseas and assists their families in their absence.
