Attorney Troy Bowlin, II received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. He later went on to Appalachian School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. He gained invaluable experience working as a clerk for both the Knox County Public Defenders Community Law Office and the Honorable Judge Tony W. Stansberry. He has a membership with the American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
