I represent employees in labor and employment matters. I focus my practice on discrimination, harassment and retaliation or wrongful termination cases under Title VII (sex, race, religion, national origin, alienage, color), the ADA (disability), ADEA (age), FMLA (medical leave) or THRA and wages and hour cases under the FLSA. I also represent and advise professionals and executives concerning employment contracts including, non-compete, non-solicitation, separation, contractor or commission agreements.
