Attorney Biography
Elizabeth is a lifelong resident of Franklin. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Political Science and received her juris doctorate from Nashville School of Law. She is admitted to practice in all Tennessee State Courts as well as the United States Federal Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Elizabeth first joined Johnston & Street as a legal assistant while she attended law school. Upon graduation and passing the bar, she joined the firm first as an associate and now as partner. Her primary areas of practice are criminal defense (including appeals and post-conviction relief), family, estate planning, and bankruptcy.
