My last email from the board of professional responsibility: We are making progress on this matter. In September, we will request approval from our Board to file a petition for discipline against Mr. Rickman. At that point, the file will be in our litigation department and will proceed toward final discipline against Mr. Rickman. Once that matter is concluded, you will be able to follow-up with the Lawyer's Fund for Client Protection to seek payment of your funds. I understand this is a long process, but we are making progress moving it along. He has stolen our money and has not contacted us and changed emails phone numbers and everything. It has been a year and a half later. I expected my settlement a year and a half ago when my wife got her small portion and I didn’t receive mine. He hindered my family in several ways because we were expecting that money. He is a scam and a thief and a scum bag. Also a liar! Never ever ever ever ever ever use this company or Chad Rickman as your lawyer.
