Attorney Biography
Bethany focuses her practice at Gordon Law Group on Estate Planning, and Domestic and Business Litigation matters. Bethany graduated with a degree in political science from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville before traveling to Atlanta, Georgia, where she earned her Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.
While at the University of Tennessee, Bethany was a member of many student groups including Student Government, College Republicans, Phi Alpha Delta, and Sigma Kappa Sorority. She served on the VOL Action Committee and the VOL Aware Committee with Student Government and also served as Social Chair for her sorority.
Bethany continued to be actively involved while enrolled at John Marshall Law School. She was a member of the Corporate and Business Law Society, the Criminal Law Society, the Litigation Society and the Social Services Society.
Also while in law school, Bethany had the opportunity to work in several different areas of the law that make her a well-rounded attorney. She worked alongside in-house counsel at Fairfield Funding and Vuqo Vodka and also worked with the Social Security Disability attorneys at Morgan & Morgan. These experiences help Bethany to understand a variety of clients and their needs as she continues to excel in all areas of the law through her practice at the Gordon Law Group.
