Matt began criminal defense in 1996 and has flourished in the practice of a variety of drug cases in Western South Dakota, expecially in the field of search and seizure laws. Kinney Law, pc is a full-service law firm with four staff employees who provide a variety of legal services from pre-arrest to appellate representation. Matt has extensive knowledge of those involved in the Unified Judicial System within South Dakota and also extends his practice to the United State District Court for federal cases. His success has, in part, focused on representing marijuana distribution cases and clients from across the United States and Canada.
