Attorney Biography
Doug Dailey is originally from Mitchell, South Dakota. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and his law degree from the University of South Dakota (1996). He is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Dakota Bar Association and the South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association. In addition to being admitted to practice in the State of South Dakota, Doug is admitted to the US District Court for the District of South Dakota. Doug’s practice focuses on the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, real estate, divorce/family law and criminal law.
