Attorney Biography
Tiana Hinnant is a Disability Lawyer with over 20 years of legal experience. Growing up on a tobacco farm in eastern North Carolina has given Ms. Hinnant a keen appreciation for hard working clients who have spent years working and paying into the social security system and now find themselves unable to work and in real need of their Social Security benefits. Through the years Ms. Hinnant has represented clients in many different areas of the law, such as personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and adoption law. However, Ms. Hinnant has spent the last 7 years working exclusively in the field of Social Security Disability. She is passionate about her clients’ right to obtain their Social Security Disability benefits and has represented hundreds of claimants in hearings across North Carolina and South Carolina.
