Bobby Jones

Robert “Bobby” Jones is the son of a special education teacher and criminal defense attorney. Bobby grew up in Southeastern Michigan but loved to visit his grandparents from South Carolina, and quickly fell in love with the warmth and beauty of the Palmetto State and its people. Bobby graduated cum laude from Clemson University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and minor in Legal Studies. Bobby returned to Michigan to pursue his dream of becoming a lawyer and attended law school at the WMU – Cooley School of Law. He graduated with honors and distinguished himself by serving on the Moot Court Team.

Bobby was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in May, 2010. Since his entry into private practice, he has obtained significant recoveries in the form of verdicts and settlements for individuals in many different types of cases, including medical and hospital negligence, nursing home negligence and abuse, brain injury, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death, premises injuries, product liability, workers’ compensation, and civil rights violations and police misconduct claims.
