John West

John West is a well-known low country lawyer best known for his service in the community and his experience as Mayor of Moncks Corner. He has been practicing law for over four decades and has always put the people of Moncks Corner and Berkeley Country first. He has a wealth of experience in complex land litigation, corporate law, municipal, governmental, and administrative matters, eminent domain, business litigation, probate and estate planning, and general civil litigation.

John is a certified mediator through the South Carolina Supreme Court, and has served as a Municipal Judge, Town Attorney, and Corporate Counsel to various public and private clients. John is active in the community and has served on many boards and commissions.
