Attorney Biography
J. James Duggan is an experienced attorney practicing in the areas of taxation, probate, estate planning, real estate and corporate law. He holds an L.L.M. in Taxation Law from the University of Florida School of Law and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as the Articles Editor of the South Carolina Law Review.Mr. Duggan received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from The Citadel, where he served as a member of the Honor Court and the Summerall Guards.
