Arthur Kerr Aiken

As part of his trial practice, Mr. Aiken handles complex litigation cases, including automobile and large truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, products liability cases, premises liability, nursing home neglect and abuse, closed head and brain injury accidents as well as workers compensation cases. In addition to personal injury, he also practices criminal law in Columbia SC focusing on DUI, DUAC, and BUI cases. He has handled white collar crimes as well as credit transaction fraud. Mr. Aiken is licensed to practice in U.S. District Court to represent defendants charged with federal crimes, including government fraud and drug charges.
