Attorney Biography
Timothy P. Lynch is an associate attorney within the personal injury and medical negligence practice group of Marasco & Nesselbush. Serving the firm’s medical malpractice and personal injury clients, Timothy energetically provides direction and strategy for cases through all phases of litigation.
At Marasco & Nesselbush, Timothy appreciates the mutual respect and way in which attorneys and staff prioritize their relationships with clients of the firm. Clients enjoy working with Timothy and his team members.
Prior to joining Marasco & Nesselbush, Timothy served as a judicial intern for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Thereafter, he entered the field of civil litigation, working for a Boston-based firm.
