Attorney Biography
We are located in the heart of Downtown Lancaster in the Historic Griest Building. Our office handles matters involving divorce, family law, and Immigration Services.
Ms. Chan graduated from Pace University cum laude with a B.A. in History and Minor in Philosophy in 1998 and obtained her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2001.In addition to her law practice, Ms. Chan is also an Adjunct Professor at Harrisburg Area Community College where she teaches Paralegal Studies courses such as Legal Research & Writing and Ethics.Ms. Chan believes that community service is a moral obligation that should be fulfilled by all. In addition to being an active member of the Women's Republican Club of Lancaster County where she currently serves as Second Vice President,she also volunteers her time at Sacred Heart School of Lancaster, the Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center, as well as Wills for Heroes. Ms. Chan also routinely accepts pro bono cases referred to her by MidPenn Legal Services. In the past, she has also volunteered with the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund and YWCA.
