Michael Lee Kraemer

Michael Kraemer, KM&A co-founder, challenges employers who fail to uphold the law and advocates on the behalf of employees. When he isn't working on cases, he's managing the employment legal team and coming up with winning legal strategies. Michael's employment law experience helps him assess client situations quickly and accurately.

His attentive representation makes clients feel heard as face illegal work issues. Michael analyzes each case and determines the best legal steps for each client. He is passionate about winning KM&A clients their rightful damages for suffering an illegal employment issue.

Michael represents employees who have suffered employment discrimination, wrongful termination, unpaid wages, workplace harassment, and hostile work environment. He also helps small businesses ensure law compliance and defend their rights.

Before starting KM&A, Michael started and oversaw Kraemer Law Firm, LLC. His practice centered on employment law issues, and he and his associate won a number of favorable results for their clients.

Michael graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the University of Pittsburgh Dietrich School of Arts and Science. Although Michael enjoys traveling, Pittsburgh will always be home.
