Attorney Biography
Born September 3, 1943 in Allentown, PA. Attended Allentown public schools and graduated from Cornell University in 1965, B.A. in English. Graduated from University of Michigan Law School in 1968, J.D. cum laude. Served as Assistant Editor of Michigan Law Review. Practiced with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius of Philadelphia from 1968 - 1970 and has practiced in Allentown with Scoblionko, Scoblionko, Muir & Melman since that time.
Certified as Civil Trial Advocate by National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Admitted to practice before Pennsylvania courts, United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and United States Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.
2012 recipient of Lifetime Service Award by the Jewish Federation of the Lehigh Valley.
