Attorney Biography
M. Alexandra Bradley is a criminal defense attorney with Ciccarelli Law Offices. A natural litigator, Bradley’s capabilities as a seasoned criminal defense attorney and DUI lawyer in the courtroom make her an effective and zealous advocate for her clients.
A Maryland native, she first came to the Philadelphia area as an undergraduate student at Villanova University. While at Villanova, Bradley gained a diverse educational background in both English and Business. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova in 2008. Bradley supported herself through college by providing special needs childcare for families of children with autism and Downs Syndrome.
Feeling at home in Greater Philadelphia, Bradley chose to attend Villanova University School of Law on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Bradley brings with her a strong background in criminal law. She began her career with the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, where she litigated hundreds of criminal misdemeanor and felony cases and hundreds of DUI Cases. She then spent six months in the Juvenile Division before moving to the Trial Division. As an ADA in the Juvenile Division, Bradley conducted dispositional reviews, pre-trial conferences, motion hearings, and trials. After moving to the Trial Division, Bradley handled a wide spectrum of adult criminal cases from arraignment through final disposition, including negotiated plea agreements, grand jury presentations, and bench and jury trials. During her time at the DA’s Office, Bradley gained extensive experience with a range of cases, including DUIs, assaults, felony and misdemeanor drug cases, ARDs, and property crimes. This experience made her intimately familiar with all stages of the criminal justice process. Through daily courtroom experience, she developed a comfort and style in the courtroom that made her an effective and successful advocate on behalf of the citizens of the Commonwealth.
Bradley’s awareness of the importance of civil protection is partly the result of a person injury event in her life at the age of 12. As the victim of a motor vehicle accident, Bradley experienced the physical pain, as well as emotional disruption and long-term consequences of a serious injury. This experience allows her to empathize with her clients, while provided the highest level of legal representation.
