Attorney Biography
Judith D. Cassel advises clients on all aspects of transactional and regulatory law. She counsels businesses on a range of regulatory legal matters, including applications, licensing, and compliance. She also works extensively in commercial legal matters involving collections, entity formation, financing, contract negotiations and drafting, sales and leasing transactions, grant funding, and litigation.
Judith represents clients in applications, investigations, and litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She also represented clients before the Bureau of Minority and Women Business Opportunities and the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
As a result of her past experience as a corporate executive and small business owner, Judith possesses an in-depth knowledge of business operations and management. She has also negotiated mergers and acquisitions, reorganized operations and refinanced companies.
Judith is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
