When David isn't working with small businesses, he takes litigation cases. Clients always comment on his friendliness and knowledge in the courtroom. David recognizes the best steps to win a favorable outcome.
Before starting KM&A, David represented clients at Kisner Law Firm and Sain Law, LLC. His law degree was earned at University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and he held the position of staff editor on JURIST. He also was a member of the Moot Court Board. David graduated summa cum laude from Harding University with a political science degree.
David's pro bono work includes representing low-income clients through Neighborhood Legal Services and the Christian Legal Aid clinic.
