We have extensive litigation experience in various criminal defense cases, specifically drug related charges, at both the trial and appeals court levels. We represent clients in both simple and complex cases. We have extensive experience with the Oregon Medical Marijuana Act and can help you with a diverse range of issues associated with your specific needs such as; starting and operating a legal medical marijuana business, working with government agencies, criminal defense, mediation and conflict resolution, patient/grower contracts and disputes, landlord/tenant housing, litigation and appeals, employment law, and family law.

We have extensive experience working with numerous state and local governmental agencies on a wide range of administrative issues. We represent clients in diverse business law issues such as the formation of non-profit and LLC business entities, as well as contract formation and disputes.

Our goal is to provide you with competent and successful legal representation while keeping your costs to a minimum. We are confident in our ability to effectively represent you. Paul Loney has practiced in both Oregon State and Federal Courts for over 28 years. He developed the legal blueprint for the first American high-profile cannabis café, "Oregon NORML’s Cannabis Café", and the first high profile smoker’s lounge, "Highway 420."

Paul Loney has been a featured legal expert on Cannabis Common Sense, and on Oregon NORML Presents. He has also presented at civil liberty, legal and criminal defense trainings and has served on various community advisory committees.
