This experience gave him firsthand insight into how overwhelming these moments can be, as well as the importance of clear communication, empathy, and practical problem-solving. His background also includes work as an insurance claims representative and liability adjuster, where he investigated incidents, evaluated injuries and damages, and negotiated outcomes—experience that now informs his approach to advocacy.

David’s legal experience extends beyond criminal defense. He has worked in business and immigration law, assisting with matters such as corporate filings, family-based immigration petitions, and removal defense. These roles strengthened his appreciation for cultural awareness, accessibility, and the importance of meeting clients where they are—values that closely align with the firm’s client-focused philosophy.

David earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside, and his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
