Attorney Biography
Since 2005, Amy Cross has been representing individuals and families experiencing the difficulties of a divorce or family law issue. Amy believes that every client’s story and case is of the utmost importance. She puts all her energy and focus into achieving the best possible outcome for her clients, whether the case involves a contested divorce, child custody battle, child support payments, same-sex marriage law, or a high net-worth divorce.
Amy attended the University of Portland where she received her Bachelor’s degree. She went on to study law at the University of Oregon School of Law, and completed the Estate Planning Program in addition to her earning her J.D. She is a member of the Clackamas County Bar Association, the Oregon Women Lawyers, Oregon Association of Collaborative Professionals, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Amy is licensed to practice law in New York State, as well as U.S. District Court of Oregon District.
