Rachel Klubeck

Rachel grew up in Norman, OK where she later graduated from OU and the University of Oklahoma. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. 

In 2019, Rachel received the NextGen Under 30 award for her achievements in the Oklahoma cannabis law industry. Her article “Waste Not Want Not” about cannabis waste was published in the first ever medical marijuana edition of the Oklahoma Bar Journal (March 2020), making her one of the youngest published attorneys in OBJ history at age 27. In 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024, Rachel was awarded the Super Lawyers Rising Star – a distinction only 2.5% of Oklahoma attorneys accomplish.

Rachel practices primarily in cannabis, business, and criminal defense.
