Justin Miller is a personal injury attorney whose journey into the legal profession began in an unexpected setting—a college marketing program. His path shifted during his junior year after taking a business law course, where he discovered a passion for advocacy and the power of the legal system. As a first-generation attorney, Justin immediately knew he had found the career he was meant to pursue.

From the outset of law school, Justin felt drawn to personal injury law. Studying case law highlighted the critical role plaintiff’s attorneys play in protecting individuals facing life-changing injuries, reinforcing his commitment to this area of practice. That early realization continues to drive his work and dedication to those who need strong representation.

Justin approaches every case with a client-first mindset. Having witnessed close friends endure serious accidents, he understands the emotional and financial toll injuries can take. He evaluates each case with careful attention to detail and brings confidence and clarity to negotiations, working tirelessly to secure fair and meaningful compensation for his clients.

Originally from Acworth, Georgia, Justin relocated to Edmond, Oklahoma, in 2015. He gained valuable experience at a mid-sized personal injury firm before joining DM Injury Law. Outside the office, Justin enjoys golfing, playing basketball, weightlifting, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
