Licensed since 2006, Julie has a strong history in Cannabis Law, and was the General Counsel of the Oklahoma Department of Health who drafted the initial rules implementing State Question 788. In private practice, she focuses on Business Law, Advising Medical Marijuana Business clients and patients, and has a heart and passion for Special Needs Law. She has over eight years experience working for the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
More than 350 criminal defense attorneys belong to the NORML National Legal Committee (NLC). Members of the NORML NLC include many prominent criminal defense lawyers who are dedicated to ending prohibition of marijuana through education, legal reform and activism.
