Josh is highly trained and knowledgeable about BAC procedures, particularly Breath Test and Gas Chromatography, which is used to test blood for alcohol or drugs. His qualifications include his role as a Certified Instructor of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests(SFSTs) by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The State of Oklahoma Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug Influence has also certified him as an Independent Operator of the Intoxilyzer 5000 and 8000. He is also one of the few Oklahoma attorneys who has received formal training as a Drug Recognition Expert.
