I have been a practicing attorney for over 28 years, with an additional two years of legal area employment prior to that. I currenlty have several criminal cases pending involving felony issues. I have extensive experience in domestic relations and family law, especially divorce matters, custody issues, guardianship matters, and other general litigation matters. Some of my cases have been complicated enough to require trials over many days. My litigation strategy is simple: prepare for the worst, and work for the best outcome possible. I try to minimize my client's expenses by involving them extensively in the litigation preparation. That way, the client knows what is happening in the case and can prepare.

I have represented numerous criminal defendants, including those charged with murder (a post-conviction matter) and sexual offenses. I have represented both men and women in divorce, custody, and other family law issue-related matters.

Employing an attorney is similar to entering a partnership--the attorney stands by the client and the client can trust the attorney to do the best for them, given the circumstances. The client is entitled to honest representation, regardless of the charges in criminal court.
