Attorney Biography
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Erin’s passion for law began as a child as she watched and learned from her father, an attorney.Erin graduating from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2002 and her professional endeavors led her on an unusual and wonderfully diverse path.
She began her legal career as a judicial clerk, then served as a public defender, and worked as a private defense attorney.More recently she has served as an Administrative Law Judge and a Pro Tem Judge in Beaverton, and become a valued associate of the Reynolds Defense Firm legal team.
Erin not only understands how attorneys approach law but also has the first-hand judicial experience of presiding over and ruling on DUI cases and DMV Implied Consent license hearings.
Erin is quietly confident and has a light-hearted nature, her unapologetic determination and calming disposition have served her clients well.Her clients understand their potential outcomes and the process of their case because she is known and respected for being straight-forward and honest. These characteristics, along with the relationships that she has built with judges and prosecutors over the last 10 years of her career, and her unique perspective of the Oregon Criminal Justice System, make her an integral part of the RDF team.
Outside of the office, Erin is a proud pet owner of a cat, Dixie, and a dog, Charlie, who was named the Northwest Field Trial Council’s Puppy of the Year in 2011.Erin is married and volunteers with Pacific Northwest Search and Rescue.She also enjoys canoeing on the coast of Vancouver and holds several Oregon swimming state records.
