Attorney Biography
Susan is co-chair of KJK’s Student & Athlete Defense/Title IX Practice Group. Recognizing the need for legal services dedicated to protecting students, professors and individuals with disabilities, Susan handles matters ranging from special education issues to student conduct matters and Title IX investigations. Susan has successfully prevented many students from being suspended or expelled from school. She also protects graduate students, professors and scientists facing allegations of research misconduct and scientific fraud. As more students attend class virtually, Susan also represents students accused of cheating, plagiarism and academic dishonesty.
