Recognized leader with over 30 years of experience practicing labor and employment law in Ohio. Successfully negotiated over 500 labor agreements, presented over 100 impasse proceedings and 100 arbitrations. Primary focus on management representation for cities, townships, counties, school districts and public officials throughout the State of Ohio. Also represents private employers in employment matters. Experienced in representing state elected officials and testifying in the Ohio Legislature.
