After being belittled in so many times in one five minute conversation with this man I wish I never had to talk to him again. Such a greater than thou words and sarcastic remarks had me wondering what is going to happen in this case. After his unpreparedness has caused so much chaos and unnecessary rescheduling and delays which obvious are benefiting him financially but has caused much hard ache on those he feels are insignificant people with below average intelligence. I truly feel this man is heartless.
